My Alberta Winter Winners Announced
On January 1, SAPC launched its first-ever photo contest: “My Alberta Winter”. All members were encouraged to participate in this event, as many it would be the first time they entered into a contest. The winners were announced during our March submission night on March 27. New “Random” gallery
Have some fun browsing winning images of the past! The webmaster has created a randomized gallery that allows you to view a dozen images at a time from a new web page. This is also accessible the “Gallery” item in the main menu. This is a great way to view the awesome photographs taken by members present and past. Refresh buttons make it easy to view another “random” set – enjoy!

Photo Walk!!
Have you been wanting to come and see what the St. Albert Photography Club (SAPC) is about? Now is your chance to join us for a FREE Nature Photo Walk this Friday September 22 from 6-8pm and Saturday September 23 from 2-4pm. Participants will learn basic camera settings needed to photograph birds in flight. As well as what bird species call the park home. We will have a professional birder on hand to share his knowledge of the local birds, as well as other members of the club who will share their extensive photography skills with you. Please register for the 2023/2024 season using our online form! More information about registration can be found on our membership page. Our registration night is upcoming on September 13 from 7-9pm. There will be no formal presentation, however your executives will be there to show/talk about some of the new changes for the upcoming season! Coffee will be served!
SAPC Executive Interview
We are excited to bring to you an interview with members of the 2023/2024 SAPC executive Katie Burley-Wood (President) and Rick Teal (Vice-President); as well as member-at-large, Kath McBride (Membership coordinator).
